Well I shaved recently and I think I look younger without the huge beard I had.

>>1228 I feel like if you look a certain way then you get attached to tropes/notions about how someone who looks like that "should" act (or the other way around, how someone should look by how they act). Principially I reject the notion entirely but I think it happens subconsciously regardless. So you can end up with a disconnect between how you see yourself and what you see in the mirror, because who you see yourself as internally is not who you associate with what you see.
